- You understand that we deliver within a 1-hour period of the selected time when checking out.

- InstaGopher is not responsible for the agreement between you and the person who accepts your order.
- InstaGopher's liability to you will be reduced to the extent you either caused or contributed to any loss or damage of your delivery.
