If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to our warehouse for a refund that will be issued back to the card you used to place your order. Returns will not be allowed for perishable items this is the only exception. For all other items, the requirement is that you keep the items in the original unopened packaging, and in the same condition, you received them.
So if you're not happy with your purchase, just contact us right away and we will provide you with details for returning the unopened products. You can return your purchase up to 48 hours from the purchase date/time that you received your items. We will have your personal shopper pick up the returning items that you purchased & bring it back to us.
Once your returned items have been received and inspected by the personal shopper. We will issue your refund (usually this is within 24 hours after receiving the items back.) You will receive an email to confirm the successful transfer of the funds back to your card.) Refunds will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take 2 - 5 business days after your refund has been sent for it to be applied for the difference to be posted to your card/account. All returns will need to be requested within 48 hours of receiving your products. Please note with last minute cancelled orders (cancelled within 24 hours of the requested delivery) a $50 cancellation fee will be applied to cover online transaction and applied conversion expenses.
